Customer support and communications. Messages, requests, and other information you provide when you contact support, respond to surveys, or communicate with us.

Payment and transaction information. If you purchase paid Services, our payment processors collect payment card details and related billing information. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and billing contact information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

B. Information collected automatically
Device and usage data. IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and referring URLs.

A. Marketing emails

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
